As we all know, parenting sometimes throws us a number of curveballs which can leave us wondering how to best cope in what can often be demanding or stressful situations.There are many new challenges to face and it’s often hard to know what to do for the best.

Family Matters York are running a number of free, informal courses aimed at helping parents and carers by looking at some of these issues – and how to survive!
