My name is Ross Woodford and I left school in 2004…. I think. 

After traveling around bartending for a while after university in Carlisle I opened a business in York doing cocktail and drinks catering for weddings and events as well as doing pop-up cocktail bars around York (for which I ended up in the paper). 

I’ve ended up in the tech city of Shenzhen, China where I have opened up a cocktail bar called Life on Mars (LifeOnMarsSZ on Instagram & Facebook). I’ve been here over three years now and the bar is one year old.
