Achievement: Nurse
Year of leaving school: 2006
I left Canon Lee in 2006, and achieved a BA(Hons) in Sport Development and Health from LJMU, then went on to complete a BSc(Hons) in Adult Nursing at UEA. Being dyslexic made it more of a struggle but hard work pays off.
I now work as a District Nurse in Norwich and mentor Student Nurses when they’re on placement. It’s very busy, stressful at times, but satisfying when I am able to make a positive impact on a patient and their family.
