Since leaving school, there has been many great moments and achievements that have made me into the man I am today: 

• 2 Marathons ( Pb 3hrs29mins)
• 10+ Half Marathons (Pb 1hr27mins)
• 2 Half Ironmans – 1.2mile swim/ 56mile bike/ 13.1 mile run (Pb 5hrs31mins)
• 10+ Olympic distance triathlons (Pb 2hrs15mins)
• Haringey Box cup Finalist (Silver medal at the biggest amateur boxing tournament in •Europe – beating a lad on the Swedish international boxing team in the semi’s)
• WFMC Great British Champion MMA (mixed martial arts/ cage fighting) 

•2x property owner
